Good times at STATS last night.  Enjoyed the brews, was a little sad we didn't get a chance to have the Ocotoberfest, but what can you do.I have now been to two of these and have had a fun time at both.  Looking forward to doing it again. Cheers!

How about Bob Budd's ABC sales pitch.  That guy really knows how to spin a good tale.  Hopefully he'll pull them out of their funk and make them a big time brewery like Sweet Water. Glad to hear you had a good time.  We're still trying to find our receipe for success with the Beer Bibber Club meetings.  Any suggestions?

Recipe for success

I liked how the two events I went to had different brewers represented.  I like being able to talk to the folks behind the brews and get the skinny on how they approach things...so the format that's in place I like a lot.Frankly, what I think I would do is go to restaurants that will give us the best bang for the buck on their food (building that into the cost of the event like the Lindbergh and STATS one).  Being able to make the meetings fun AND a good deal will ensure the long-term success of the events.
