Holy City to Host Military Appreciation Night

Holy City will be holding a Military Appreciation Night on July 14. For all the details, see below:

We’re throwing a Military Appreciation Bash on July 14th, 2017 from 4-9pm. This party is Holy City Brewing’s way to make sure that the servicemen and women that protect our country on a daily basis know that we care. We’re between the Naval Base, the Coast Guard Station, and the Air Force base, and these guys have been coming in since we opened our doors to drink our beer and eat our food, and this is how we plan to give back to them.

There will be first-come- first-serve limited edition T-Shirts that we will be giving out that are Holy City Brewing shirts that will tie in the different branches of the military, and we’ll give them out to the first service folk that come through the doors and ask about them. We’ve also got a blonde bock that we’re releasing the day of, which sits at about 7% ABV. We named the beer SOGTY-33, because every commercial pilot and military pilot that flies into Charleston passes through that point, which is situated right above our brewery on Dorchester Road. We’ll also be offering $3 pours of all the pints we serve at the brewery, as a nod to the armed forces. The party starts at 4pm, and live music will be provided by Dallas Baker and Friends.

All that anyone needs to bring is a military ID, whether they’re active or retired, and they’ll have a no-hassle inclusion to the deals and the t-shirts. We’ll be serving our regular dinner menu, which can be viewed on our website. Further inquiries about the event can be directed towards [email protected].
