BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
This recipe was a collaborative effort among the brewing team. While the recipe is important, our team also focuses on getting the processes and brewing techniques down that are essential to creating this style of IPA.
BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
Our favorite part of this beer is the hop bill. Idaho 7, Amarillo and Lemondrop are all really unique and rarely used hop varietals.
BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
All of our IPAs have similar names. Some others are: But I Digress, Good N' You?, and Just Sayin' -- to name a few.
BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Brightly juicy, notes of peach, papaya, red grapefruit, and melon.
