An effervescent, sparkly, and pleasant example of a kölsch. The nose is misleading as to the experience of the beer. It starts with a light straw, almost corn-husk nose. As it warms up, floral notes start to peek through, though there are no noticeable hops in the aroma. It has a nice, light biscuit/grainy flavor and a light sweetness with a sharp but delicate hop bitterness and flavor to back it up. It is bubbly and light, and leaves you with a mild sweetness and a nice bitter bite on the tongue. A totally appropriate beer to pair with food, or for rewarding yourself after something strenuous.
