Hopothermia DIPA

Alaskan Brewing Hopothermia Double IPA

Should we talk about the weather?! With Winter Storm "Quantum" impacting the Rockies, Central Plains, and Deep South, I have to question its name. A quantum, from the Latin root, refers to the smallest, discrete, measurable unit or portion. That's weak! Could you imagine what it's like living in the Alaskan Tundra? Chill out now, its time for a little Pint Break.

As I snuggle up with my Hopothermia, I suddenly feel warm and fuzzy from its fresh pine aroma and tropical character. Can we say paradise? This Alaskan DIPA is a big, beautiful storm of robust malts and American hops. Its high ABV and low IBUs create a well balanced profile allowing citrus notes of grapefruit and orange to shine. This bad boy also rolled in with a high score of 95 in our Holiday/Winter issue.

Whether you're snowed in or not, its time to sit back, relax and get your game on with a Hopothermia. Antelope or quail? Hmmm...
