Our signature NEIPA blends a foundation of Pilsner malt with oats & wheat to create a pillowy soft mouthfeel. The dominant Citra & Galaxy hop profile is the result of liberal double dry-hopping which creates a wealth of citrusy goodness, complemented by luscious tropical notes sure to please any palate.

For this year’s anniversary beer, we found inspiration in the southern hemisphere. This double IPA is brewed with Peacharine and Riwaka hops, along with a special ingredient called Phantasm – an extract from sauvignon blanc grape skins – all sourced from New Zealand. Combined with some good old fashioned Mosaic hops from the US and an amped up grain bill and we’ve got ourselves a unique sensory experience full of dankness and tropical citrusy notes. Coming in at a smooth 9.6% in honor of the year we started: 1996.

First brew of our Lagered Hedonism series. This Czech Pale lager is light, zippy, and refreshing.

This 12° Plato Czech Dark Lager is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, and Specialty Dark malts for notes of toast, caramel, and nuttiness. Czech hops balance out the malt and provide a spicy finish that all comes together with a crisp and short finish.

Inviting amber-red color with full body. Aroma is bold hops with herbal and piney notes; flavor is nutty and firmly bitter with hints of caramel.

In the classic dubbel fashion, a hint of dark-sugar and toffee flavor; and a traditional Belgian yeast bouquet.

Classic Belgian tripel, except it's made without barley. Spices and herbs on the nose with flavors of candied fruit lead to a long, aromatic finish.
