Coastal County Brewing Has Reopened

Coastal County Brewing in Pensacola, Florida has announced its reopening as the state begins to return to normal during the COVID-19 pandemic. Full details on the brewery's plans are below.

However, only two short days after opening the doors, this small business faced an unexpected disruption.  Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, government orders forced the closure of the city’s bars and restaurants for all public consumption.  The newest brewery to hit the scene now had to transition completely to take-out sales, only to be offered through curbside pick-up.  Following such a brief introduction to this community, shifting focus to get the name and reputation out to the public presented an unexpected challenge.  Despite this, Coastal County continues to weather the storm, and keep its staff intact.  The take-out sales of food and beverages has allowed this business to pay its employees and continue operating in accordance with the new constraints.

But now, the tide is shifting, and the city is beginning to re-open its doors.  That means it is time for Coastal County to transition once again.  Business will finally be able to resume in a way that closer resembles what was originally intended.  Customers will be invited to enjoy the property’s many amenities while drinking the best beer, cider, mead, and hard seltzers that are offered locally.  The owner, Fred Thibodeaux works closely with his team to develop new flavors and specialties to keep taste buds from getting bored.  Additionally, the brewery also provides sixteen different core beers that are always available so customers can get their favorites.

In the kitchen, the house chef Shaun Golden, is creating new takes on some of this area’s favorite dishes.  He offers a core menu with options that are always available for the delight of repeat customers.  To keep things fresh, he is serving up both daily and weekly specials that incorporate current themes and promotions.  Locals have plenty of palatable options to please their preferred tastes, no matter the mood or festivity.  Dishes that compliment the brewery’s beverage selection are always readily available to fuel hours of outdoor fun and games.
