Wicked Weed Opens Distribution to Virginia and DC

Wicked Weed Brewing of Asheville, NC has announced plans to distribute in northern Virginia and Washington DC starting on September 12.

"When analyzing markets across the country, the DC and greater DC area were an instant attraction to Wicked Weed,” said Ryan Guthy, Owner and Head of Sales for Wicked Weed Brewing in a press release. “We realized the strength of the craft market there and wanted to be a part of it."

Both regions can expect to see Wicked Weed's full portfolio, including year-round and limited-release sours and clean beer.

Asheville, NC, September 9th, 2016 --- Wicked Weed Brewing has announced their expansion into the Washington DC and Northern Virginia markets beginning on Monday, September 12th. The Asheville, North Carolina based brewery will be launching their beers in these regions by hosting numerous tap takeovers and events in the areas.

Both DC and Northern Virginia can expect to see Wicked Weed’s full portfolio regularly, over thirty different brands including offerings from both their sour program and clean-side production.

Wicked Weed has signed with Premium Distributors of Washington DC and Premium Distributors of Virginia for distribution in these regions. "I am excited to announce that Wicked Weed will be partnering with Premium Distributors as our wholesaler for Washington DC and the Northern Virginia market,” says Ryan Guthy. “We felt an instant connection to Premium Distributors upon meeting their craft division and ownership team.
