Tremor California Light Lager by Seismic Brewing Co. was evaluated as a BJCP 2021 Category, 1A: American Light Lager.

The beer pours a clear (not quite brilliant) light straw color with a large mousse-like persistent white head made up of tiny bubbles. A faint bready note and light floral hop character define the aroma with a light background of corn. The flavor is quite light (appropriate for style) with slight bread dough and just a hint of floral hops. The bittering is smooth and fairly light and hangs around for a fairly short finish. Very crisp and bright and very refreshing, there is also just a hint of corn in the flavor. All around, this is a very nice example of the style that's clean and well made. A couple of these might top off a hard day of work on the back 40, and would go very nicely with a big bowl of lettuce, bell peppers and onions topped with a chopped-up grilled chicken breast with black pepper/lemon seasoning.
