Liliko’i Kepolo

Colorado may not be renowned for island zest, but Avery Brewing Company has managed to capture it in a can with Liliko’i Kepolo. I don’t know what it means, but I can tell you it’s brewed with coriander, orange peel, passionfruit, and would make a great Sunday morning mimosa replacement, or poolside refreshment. Avery even recommends it as a marinade for smoked pork.
This is one of the more exotic witbiers I’ve ever had, but it works quite well. A poolside party with a few of these is guaranteed to get luau’ed.
