Arches Brewing Festbier Debuts in 16-Ounce Cans

Arches Brewing Festbier Debuts in 16-Ounce Cans

Arches Brewing in Hapeville, Georgia has announced that its popular seasonal release, Festbier, will be made available in 16-ounce cans for the first time. Full details are below.

Festbier is back... and it's back in a BIG way. For those of you wait all year for this rich, malty style to arrive... you're in luck... it's coming early.  Debuting for the first time in 16oz cans, this smooth drinker will be releasing at the brewery THIS FRIDAY (August 21st), and will hit the shelves in the Atlanta market starting next week.

This year's Märzen-style lager is brewed with a portion of locally-grown malt from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, NC. This nostalgic style is historically meant to celebrate tradition and the coming of harvest in Munich. Down here in the South, it means cooler Fall temperatures are soon on their way. The nutty, sweet malt character takes center stage as a hearty foundation of this beer. The spicy yet elegant hop character balances the malt body and provides sharp bitterness before a clean finish. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Stay tuned for more details for this year's {socially distanced} Oktoberfest celebration at Arches on Saturday, October 3rd.
