Cabarrus Brewing Co. Debuts 3 New Beers

Cabarrus Brewing Co. in Concord, North Carolina has announced the release of 3 new beers for the month of June.

The first is Sour Flower IPA, a kettle-soured, dry-hopped IPA that clocks in at 5.5% ABV and 27 IBUs. This beer will release from the brewery starting June 7.

June 7th Release:

Sour Flower IPA - Take a West Coast IPA malt bill, kettle sour it, then dry hop it like an IPA, and what do you get? Sour Flower! This Kettle Sour is loaded with hop aroma and flavor that pairs well with the tart lemon-lime sour base.

ABV 5.5%   IBU 27

G.R.I.T.S. IPA - This is our version of a Southeastern IPA brewed with North Carolina grown Pilsen Malt, Corn Grits, Caramel Malt, and Carapils. We used four types of American hops, CTZ for bittering, and late additions of Citra, El Dorado, and Chinook.

ABV 4.8%  IBU 20

Lyin' in the Sun - This American Wheat Ale is brewed with Lactose Sugar and aged on Vanilla Beans, Flaked Organic Coconut, and Florida Oranges.
