You’ve got the rest of March and April to seek out this classic, seldom-seen style of beer from Founders, oak-aged and brewed with molasses and an “insane” malt bill. At 9.8 percent, it’s surprisingly easy to drink, with almost liqueur-like notes of vanilla and coconut. Notes of cinnamon and toffee emerge as it warms, and the moderate earthy hops serve to keep it at a perfectly balanced 50 IBUs. On shelves in four-packs, and draft.
