Tröegs Donates More Than $40K Through Perpetual Giving Campaign
Tröegs Independent Brewing completes the second year of its Perpetual Giving campaign, donating over $40,000 to Feeding Pennsylvania to support local food pantries. A portion of Perpetual IPA sales helps fight food insecurity across the state.
Tröegs Independent Brewing has announced the completion of the second year of its Perpetual Giving campaign, an annual partnership with Feeding Pennsylvania to raise funding and awareness for local food pantries.
Since the campaign’s inception in 2023, the Hershey, PA-based brewery has donated more than $40,000 to Feeding Pennsylvania. This amount represents a portion of sales of Perpetual IPA – the best-selling craft beer in Pennsylvania – during the holiday season for the past two years.
Encouraging Tröegs fans to “drink great beer and do great things,” the partnership is an extension of the family-owned, independent brewery’s Aletruism program.
“We’re pleased to continue our partnership with Feeding PA and our amazing wholesale partners for this worthy cause,” said Tröegs co-founding brother Chris Trogner. “We always look for ways to make our corner of the world a better place, and this partnership is a testament to our belief that good beer brings out the good in people.”
Feeding Pennsylvania is dedicated to reducing hunger and food insecurity across the commonwealth. Its network of food banks spans across all sixty-seven counties and serves more than 1.5 million people annually. Every dollar generated provides approximately ten meals to help feed Pennsylvania’s food-insecure residents.
“We commend Tröegs for prioritizing food insecurity in Pennsylvania,” said Julie Bancroft, CEO of Feeding Pennsylvania. “Partnerships like this are essential for strengthening our network’s ability to serve individuals and families experiencing hunger in their communities across the Commonwealth.”
