Richard Grieco is an actor, musician and artist known for his roles in 21 Jump Street as Officer Dennis Booker, If Looks Could Kill as Michael Corben and a memorable role as himself in A Night at the Roxbury.
Beer drinkers like to laugh. What’s the funniest drinking story you can share with us?
I have many stories, but I think this one stands out most: I was back home in Upstate New York, and we were chainsawing a really big dead tree. While we were cutting, the chainsaw got stuck, so after a few beers and assessing the situation we decided to get two 12-gauge shotguns and shoot it down. Guess what? It worked!
Who's the coolest person you've had a beer with?
Probably has to be my dad and my Uncle Louie.
What are a few of your favorite craft beers and why?
I am a big fan of Ballast Point. I also enjoy many other craft IPAs such as Tap 79 IPA by Ol' Burro Brewery and Lagunitas IPA.
Do you have a favorite (craft) brewery?
I really like Ballast Point Brewing Company because of the variety they offer.
What projects do you have brewing?
Right now I am producing and co-directing a horror film called Clinton Road. Starting soon, I am working on Straw Man, Men Of Violence and the seventh season of Gigolos. Also, my artwork always keeps me constantly busy.
