HItachino Nest DaiDai is a very unique brew, brewed with the “Kiuchi/Hitachino” philosophy. The beer has highly focused notes of orange/mandarin and is quite dry in the finish.
Kiuchi Brewery uses a special, very rare type of orange called “Fukure Mikan”.
