Description
This is brewed with a variety of specialty hops that are hard to find with today’s shortages, including the evasive Simcoe. This beer is clean, brisk and lighter than some with just the right amount of residual hops. The rye adds a spicyness to its malt flavor. Awesome!

The aroma was very hoppy with citrus and floral notes, but I didn’t detect any rye in the nose. The beer had a nice light yellow color with low foam, low head retention and low carbonation. Though categorized as a Rye IPA, I could not detect any rye whatsoever in the flavor. Basically, this is a classic American IPA without the rye. It had a nice balance of malt and hops that was clean, smooth and crisp.
