The aroma of this beer had slight fruity aromas, neglible malt and a low hop profile in the nose. The appearance was a nice wonderful copper hue featuring a somewhat low carbonation and head retention. The initial taste of this beer featured subtle hop bitterness followed by a mild malt sweetness and caramel notes. The beer seemed a little bitter, but it really wasn’t due to the low malt used in this beer. The body and mouthfeel of this beer was light and not too heavy and finished with a slight dryness. As for this style, low to moderate carbonation is the norm and this beer fits this requirement. An easy-drinking and refreshing golden ale.
