Description

Dark Wing IPA features a fuller body and darker color than traditional IPAs, and serves to marry a bit of caramel malt sweetness and dark malt toast with a unique hop bill featuring Denali, a newly developed variety known for its extreme aromatic oil content (other hops include Cascade and Warrior).
This winter IPA features notes of pineapple, guava, and pink grapefruit, along with crushed pine needles and a dank herbaceousness.
