A serious IPA with tons of dry hop character bringing citrus and piney aromas on a beautiful malt backbone. Dry hopped twice for bold grapefruit and other citrus flavors that are contrasted by the malt sweetness.

Orange Door is an American IPA, judged as BJCP Category 21A. This beer has moderate hop aroma that is fruity and sweet. There are classic citrus notes, specifically grapefruit. It pours an orange-yellow color with a low, wispy white head. This beer’s flavor is expectedly hoppy, with more intensity and complex character than that found in the aroma. The hops are fruity and resinous with an assertive bitterness throughout. Any malt flavor is clean and neutral. It has a medium-full body with a fluffy, filling feel and is well carbonated. This beer finishes nicely and slightly prickly from a combination of ethanol and carbonic acid. Overall, this is an enjoyable IPA, but its aroma is relatively muted compared to other typical examples.
