Description

The first beer we ever put out but with a slightly new recipe and our in-house lager yeast to transform this from the California Common it used to be and into the true German Pilsner it deserved to be! Supplanted by a heavy German Pilsner base and a small amount of white wheat, victory malt and carapils malt, this full-flavored pilsner is accompanied by a soft and chewy body, pillowy head and lacing with notes of biscuit and slightly sweet honey, a firm but refreshing bitterness and floral and zesty aromas from the German noble hops. Crisp but not lacking flavor! Just in time for summer!
