Seattle Cider Co. Honeycrisp by Seattle Cider Co. was judged per the 2021 BJCP Style Guidelines, New World Cider.

A few Honeycrisp apples usually stock my fridge’s fruit bin and during the pour I recognized fresh apple aromas from that varietal and immediately fell in love with this cider. The apple is all over this beauty. The cider pours sparkly with a medium-light body. The Honeycrisp apple flavor grows through the middle with a dash of sweetness and a hint of wine underneath leading to a drying finish and leaving a little tangy tingle on the tongue punctuated by a light touch of pucker. Honeycrisp apple flavors grow and linger through the tail. This cider takes canned cider up a notch, boasting character, depth and complexity of flavor which combine to offer an impressive level of balance and elegance. Cider lovers and Honeycrisp apple fans will appreciate this cider and it will surprise many not familiar with American cider.
