Pure Project Opens 2026 Cellar Cyndicate to Craft Beer Fans Nationwide

Pure Project is taking its acclaimed bottle club to the next level, expanding access to craft beer enthusiasts beyond Southern California. Through a new partnership with Tavour, the brewery will make its rare, small-batch beers available for delivery to select states across the U.S. This milestone marks a major step in sharing Pure Project’s passion for sustainability, craftsmanship, and community with fans nationwide.

A press release from Pure Project disclosed that both local and non-local 2026 Cellar Cyndicate memberships are available for purchase starting October 21, 2025.

Until now, Pure Project’s yearly bottle club membership—celebrated for its unique barrel-aged stouts and sours—was limited to those able to pick up their bottles at one of the brewery’s taproom locations. This new shipping option through Tavour marks an exciting step in making Pure Project’s most exclusive offerings accessible to a broader community of craft beer enthusiasts.

“The Cellar Cyndicate is where we showcase our most special and experimental stouts and sours, made for those who appreciate the craft and artistry that go into every bottle,” said Winslow Sawyer, Co-founder and Brewer at Pure Project. “With Tavour, we’re able to share that experience beyond our local community and bring these unique beers to fans across the country who’ve supported us from afar for years.”

The non-local 2026 Cellar Cyndicate membership includes 12 bottles per year—a curated mix of member-only barrel-aged beers and additional Pure Project stouts and sours—delivered in two shipments, one in the spring and one in the fall. Members will also have the opportunity to purchase additional Pure Project cellar bottles through Tavour. This new shipping option complements the existing local pickup program and expands access to the club’s exclusive beers as well as the brewery’s most sought-after bottle releases.

Local 2026 Cellar Cyndicate members also receive 12 bottles annually, available for pick up in person at Pure Project’s Vista or Miramar taproom. Local members will continue to enjoy access to exclusive events, discounted tickets to Pure Project’s 2026 Anniversary Party, and other special perks, preserving the community-focused experience the brewery has cultivated since its founding.

Both local and non-local 2026 Cellar Cyndicate memberships will be available for purchase starting October 21, 2025. Memberships are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
