Las Vegas Brewing Co. Launches Beers, Burgers And Bubbles At Downtown Taproom

Las Vegas Brewing Company, crafters of superior beer that lives up to the reputation of the globally recognized Entertainment Capital of the World, today unveiled Beers, Burgers and Bubbles at its Downtown taproom. To celebrate these new offerings, Las Vegas Brewing Company will host a launch party on Sunday, May 4th at 1:00 p.m.

With an expanded menu of smash burgers inspired by Las Vegas’ culinary past, present, and future along with their locally brewed craft beers, LVBC now offers a selection of bubbly, including champagnes and sparkling wines by the glass, along with full and half-size bottles.

The kickoff celebration on May 4th will feature entertainment, music, scrumptious food specials and champagne tastings. Adding to the celebratory vibes, local favorite Nina Manchev of Caviar Collective will be popping-up with her caviar cart.

“We proudly put our beers alongside some of the finest bubblies from around the world,” said Kyle Dolder, Las Vegas Brewing Company co-founder. “Las Vegas is more than just a city, it’s a destination for celebration. With our new Beers, Burgers and Bubbles menu, we offer our guests the opportunity to celebrate the little—and big—things with our delicious, fresh craft beers on tap, our sensational smash burgers, and beautiful champagnes and sparkling wines from around the world.”

The expanded menu of smash burgers includes both an Italian and steakhouse version, giving a subtle nod to the city’s not-too-distant culinary past when high-end dining options were more limited. The Truffle Smashy is a luxe burger that pairs perfectly with a fine glass of champagne.

In addition, Las Vegas Brewing Company is proud to offer a housemade vegan burger, The House Plant, served with their own specially created vegan burger sauce. Unlike most vegan options, The House Plant is available at no additional charge on any of LVBC’s burgers.

Since its inception, Las Vegas Brewing Company has focused on its namesake hometown with its If You Know You Know series, with references to some of the city’s more humorous, beloved pop culture icons. The Downtown tap room displays a variety of vintage Las Vegas images and memorabilia. Guests are encouraged to bring in their own tchotchkes to add to the collection, for which they will be rewarded with a signature craft brew.

“Celebration is part of the Las Vegas DNA, and we invite everyone to join us to in raising a glass to this great city in all its incarnations—past, present and imagined,” said Sonny Ahuja, Las Vegas Brewing Company director of operations. “When you’re here, every day is an opportunity to toast to the joie de vivre that is innate to our amazing community.
