Brandon Hernández is a veteran beer journalist and San Diego native with over 16 years of experience covering the region’s world-renowned craft beer scene. He’s the on-air Craft Beer Correspondent for FOX 5 San Diego, Food and Beverage Editor at Ranch & Coast Magazine, and a contributor to The San Diego Union-Tribune and CraftBeer.com. His work has appeared in USA Today, The Los Angeles Times, Imbibe, Wine Enthusiast, The Beer Connoisseur, and many more.

A former brewery marketing pro and founding editor at multiple local publications, Brandon is also the founder of Beer to the Rescue, which has raised over $150,000 for lupus research. His deep industry ties and storytelling expertise make him one of the most trusted voices in craft beer.
