Rachel is a craft beer enthusiast and native of Colorado. She grew up in Central City and learned early what goings into making a good beer. As the daughter of a brewer, she’s always on the lookout for her next favorite beer, sending pictures and tasting notes to her dad. When she’s not reading in the library, you can usually find her supporting local breweries and sharing a laugh over a good Hazy IPA.
