Back in 2016, we quietly planted 40 Carmine Jewel cherry trees. In 2019, we collected our first harvest, all 27lbs. We then added the fruit to one beloved barrel of Spontaneous Ale. It's now time to enjoy delicate notes of cherry pie and warming spice.
