Mikkeller Announces New Copenhagen Bar

Mikkeller has announced its newest venture, HAVEN bar, a seasonal venue which will act in conjunction with Copenhagen's HAVEN Festival. For more details, see the release below:

We will be warming up to HAVEN Festival all summer at our anticipated soon-to-open HAVEN bar. HAVEN bar will have a fully functional kitchen, a bar jam-packed with the best beers around, and will work as an event venue in the months leading up to the festival.

All this is coming to fruition at one of the most scenic locations of Copenhagen, right by the harbour overlooking Skuespilhuset, The Opera and the new bicycle bridge connecting the City with Christianshavn.

HAVEN Bar will be a place where you can have good beer, food prepared from the guys at STUD!O and enjoy smaller concerts or just listen to amazing music curated by Aaron Dessner and his friends. Also, did we mention that we will have a small vinyl selection?

The bar will host both guest DJ's, and artists will hopefully pop by and spin their favourite records on the 1200's creating their own little Haven when they visit us on tour.

The preparation and building of the bar is at full motion and the finished venue is taking shape.
