Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
My team of brewers and I developed this recipe. For the Alpha Abstraction series, we pick 5-6 interesting hops to feature every year. This one featured Eclipse hops.
What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
I love the flavors in this beer. Eclipse hops are one of the many great varieties coming out of the Southern Hemisphere. They have a very pleasant dank citrus peel, mandarin and stone fruit aroma.
Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Slightly dank, peachy and mandarin hop juice.
What’s a good food pairing for this beer?
This beer is perfect for Korean BBQ, ribs and anything with a savory and sweet sauce.
