Summer is officially just around the corner, and Nine Pin Ciderworks is proud to unveil its newest seasonal cider: Peach Bellini. Bursting with juicy flavor and bubbly personality, this all-new release is a fresh twist on a classic cider and a must-sip for the warmer months.
Crafted from 100% New York apples from Samascott Orchards, Peach Bellini features real peach purée and is infused with peach fruit tea from Short & Stout Tea Company. The result is a crisp cider that opens with vibrant aromatics and finishes with smooth, luscious stone fruit notes.
“Our Peach Bellini is a toast to summer,” said Alejandro del Peral, co-founder and cidermaker at Nine Pin. “It’s bright, bubbly, and packed with fresh peach character. We took our time perfecting this one, and we can’t wait for people to enjoy it poolside, picnic-style, or wherever they raise a glass–including in our own Tasting Room.”
Peach Bellini is now available at Nine Pin’s Tasting Room in Albany and through retailers. It will be available while supplies last this summer.
Cider connoisseurs can enjoy Nine Pin’s ciders seven days a week in their Tasting Room located in Albany’s eclectic Warehouse District, from retailers across New York, Massachusetts, and New Jersey and at bars and restaurants who carry Nine Pin products. Nine Pin’s online store now serves residents in New York since the new legislation became effective in the Empire State in November 2024.
