Dry Dock Brewing Opens Pub in Denver’s Washington Park
Dry Dock Brewing Company now has a new neighborhood gathering spot designed to blend its craft beer heritage with a full-service pub experience. Located in Denver’s Washington Park area, the venue features an expanded food menu, rotating taps from across the Left Hand Collective, and a lively mix of games, live entertainment, and flexible event spaces. With its welcoming atmosphere and walkable location along Pearl Street, Dry Dock Pub is positioned as a new everyday destination for both casual stops and group celebrations.
The Pub is at 1101 S. Pearl St., according to a press press release from Dry Dock Brewing.
The new location invites guests to settle in, stay awhile, and make it their go-to for everything from game day cheers to relaxed weeknight dinners.
“On behalf of the Left Hand Collective, we’re honored to carry forward the Dry Dock legacy, building on its foundation as we begin this next chapter,” said Eric Wallace, founder of Left Hand Collective.
“While leaving Aurora wasn’t our initial plan, finding the right home to continue the Dry Dock story was essential,” added a Dry Dock founder Kevin DeLange. “Having a physical location allows us to stay connected to our community even as we grow our presence nationwide.”
The menu features classic pub staples like burgers and fish and chips, alongside lighter fare such as quinoa bowls and avocado toast. Whether you’re perched at the bar, soaking up sunshine on the patio or catching live music in the events space, every corner offers a slightly different way to experience the Pub. For those feeling a little competitive, a dedicated game area complete with darts, pool, Buck Hunter, and pinball sets the stage for some friendly rivalry.
Behind the bar, the offerings are just as dynamic. A full lineup of wine, spirits, and cocktails ensures there is something for everyone, while the beer selection proudly showcases Dry-Dock’s award-winning lineup. Guests can also explore standout pours from other Collective brands, including the iconic Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro and Bootstrap Brewing’s Insane Rush IPA. The tap list is curated to celebrate both legacy and local flavor.
For those looking to gather in a more intentional way, Dry Dock Pub offers flexible event spaces designed to fit everything from lively celebrations to more intimate get-togethers. Rent the entire venue for a full-scale affair or opt for a private backroom party to keep it cozy. Whatever your event needs are, the experience can be tailored to suit the occasion.
The Pub is easy to access and perfectly positioned within one of Denver’s most walkable neighborhoods. Set along the lively Pearl Street corridor, it’s just steps from boutique shops, local markets, and the tree-lined charm of Wash Park itself. Street parking is readily available nearby, and the area is well connected for cyclists and pedestrians alike. The location just opened full-time on May 26th.
