BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
Zac Caramonta (Founder/President) came up with the flagship beer that we based this recipe on, and I tweaked the recipe to create an imperial version and then conditioned it in barrels.

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
The bourbon notes of course!

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
This beer is a riff off one of our flagship beers. The name and artwork was inspired by Kubrick’s A Clockwork Orange.

BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
I would definitely need this beer in my desert island cellar.

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Bourbon. Chocolate. Delicious.

BC: What’s a good food pairing for this beer?
Can’t go wrong with any kind of over-the-top chocolate dessert.
