BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
This one was mine.
BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
Flavor for sure. All that chocolate and spice comes together so well.
BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
Puff puff pass… the pastry stout!
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
As much as we enjoyed brewing this one I can’t say that’s the case. However, I would definitely knock a few of these back if they were around!

Decadent paradise of chocolate, spices and booze.
BC: What’s a good food pairing for this beer?
White chocolate bread pudding.
