Brian Yaeger is a Certified Cicerone®, Certified Cider Professional™, and author of Red, White, and Brew and Oregon Breweries. Based in Bend, Oregon, he covers beer for The Source Weekly, hosts the Grand Craft Beer podcast, and teaches beer and cider education at Central Oregon Community College.
A contributor to the Oxford Companion to Beer, Yaeger has been featured on NPR, Martha Stewart Living Radio, and The Brewing Network. He also organizes the Baker’s Dozen festival, celebrating beer, coffee, and doughnuts, and is currently writing a book on doughnuts.
