Paleo Ale

This American Pale Ale pours a crystal clear, dark golden color with a resilient, off-white head. Featuring Cascade, CTZ and Galena hops, the aroma is moderate citrusy, woodsy, and berry-like in hop aroma with a light nutty, caramel maltiness to complement the hops. The flavor is again prominently hoppy with citrusy, resiny and cedary characteristics leading the charge with slightly more nutty and caramel malt than the aroma. The beer finishes moderately bitter with more citrusy hops and nutty and grainy malt. This beer is a very good example of the American Pale Ale style, but a little graininess in the finish detracts.
