Hosted by Yardley Brothers, the new Lamma Island Beer Fest is set to be a two-day feast of brews, held next to Power Station Beach (Hong Kong) on the 13 and 14 December 2025. With three different sessions, the festival will feature a staggering selection of nearly 100 different beers from local favorites like Black Kite, Heroes Beer Co, and the hosts themselves, along with live music and beach-friendly vibes for the whole family. General admission tickets are $120 in advance and include one complimentary beer and a festival glass.

According to a press release from Yardley Brothers, sessions will run on the Saturday from 1-4pm and 5-8pm, and on the Sunday from 1-4pm. A range  of breweries, including Black Kite, Breer, Deadman, Heroes Beer Co, Hong Kong Beer Co, Howong  Brewing, Life or Death Seltzers, as well as hosts Yardley Brothers, will be pouring a minimum of 4  unique beers each per session for attendees to try. As well, there will be non-alcoholic options and  snacks available through Restaurant 80. Each session costs $120 for advance tickets or $150 on  the door and an all-session pass is available for $288, through yardleybrothers.hk. Each ticket  includes a free Festival glass to take home as well as one free beer. Additional beer tokens will be  available for purchase on site.

The festival will feature live music, including local favourites Lamma Blues Collective, who will be  playing the evening session on the Saturday. Yardley Brothers Founder Luke Yardley says, “I’ve  been a Lamma resident for many years and since the early days of homebrewing here, I’ve looked  forward to hosting festivals here and the space at Restaurant 80 is perfect for our first foray. I’m  anticipating a great weekend for beer lovers and those merely inquisitive about craft beer.”

Heroes co-founder and head brewer Chris Wong, notes that he’s excited about the family nature of  the day for attendees, “We’re looking forward to bringing hEROES to Lamma Beer Fest with our  favorite brews – it’s the perfect excuse to escape the city and unleash your inner hero by the beach.  As a brewer and a dad, I love a good family‑friendly festival, but I’m actually looking forward to not  bringing my son this time, so I can soak in the sun and be 100% focused on pouring you beers in  our very creative ways – see you there!”

Yardley Brothers will be debuting a brand-new Milkshake India Pale Ale at the festival, Heliogazer, which promises to be fun and flavourful, as well as a range of classic crowd pleasers, some more  recent favourites, and housemade Lychee Lemonade. Other Breweries are still finalising their  lineups, but there will be an exciting range with over 100 beers available across the two days! Head  Brewer Phil Rankmore from Hong Kong Beer Co promises, “We are super excited to be bringing our  beers to Lamma for the Lamma Beer Fest. We’ll be serving some new releases alongside some  crowd favourites and can’t wait to share a beer with locals, visitors and fellow beer lovers.”
