Odell Brewing is redefining the taproom experience by bringing its brewery and winery offerings together under one roof, making it easier than ever for guests to enjoy a wider variety of handcrafted drinks in one place. The move marks a significant evolution for the Colorado-based brewery, opening new possibilities across its Fort Collins and Denver locations while creating a more inclusive atmosphere for visitors with different tastes and preferences. It also reinforces Odell’s longstanding commitment to community, hospitality and giving guests more reasons to gather.

In a press release, Odell Brewing announced that starting this month, it will serve a full lineup of beverages, both indoors and out, dramatically expanding the experience available to every visitor.

“For 36 years, we’ve been committed to being a gathering place for our communities,” said Bella De La Torre, Director of Taprooms at Odell Brewing. “This change is about making those gatherings comfortable and celebratory for everyone. We’re excited for guests to experience the full range of what we’ve created. Whether you’re into beer, wine, cider or spritz, or looking for a non-alcoholic option, there’s a place for you at any of our taprooms. This is how we build community that lasts for generations to come.”

Previously, beer and wine were prohibited from being sold and consumed together indoors. Odell Brewing held a manufacturing license which limited sales and consumption to beer that the brewery produced. The newly implemented brewpub license is more flexible and allows Odell to sell wine from its winery – The OBC Wine Project – as well.

In Fort Collins, guests will be able to walk into the brewery and put beer, wine and cider on one guest check. Since The OBC Wine Project opened next door to the brewery in 2020, guests have been able to enjoy beer and wine at outdoor tables on the patio, but not indoors.  The OBC Wine Project will also now be able to serve Odell beer in addition to its award-winning wines inside the winery building.

In Denver, Odell’s Five Points Brewhouse and Sloan’s Lake Brewhouse and Pizza Kitchen will add wines, ciders and spritzes to the menu for the first time, welcoming a new audience to these spaces.

This shift reflects Odell Brewing’s core mission: building community. “We know our guests have diverse tastes. Some prefer our hoppy IPAs or the handcrafted brews that have defined us since 1989. Others love exploring our wine selections. Some guests can’t or don’t drink alcohol—and that matters just as much to us. Our newly launched house-made root beer and lemonade round out a truly inclusive beverage menu that reflects the diversity of our guest community,” said De La Torre.

Beyond expanded beverage access, Odell Brewing continues to innovate in other ways. Sloan’s Lake’s handcrafted dough is featured in pretzels and stromboli that are now available at Five Points and Fort Collins.

Odell Brewing’s vision has always been to create welcoming community spaces while making a positive impact. Their commitment extends beyond taprooms through charitable giving— hosting 50+ nonprofit fundraisers annually and co-owners who collectively volunteer over 2,000 hours each year.
