Real Ale Brewing Co. is teaming up with Feeding Texas and their Hunters for the Hungry program this holiday season to battle hunger in Texas. The two breweries have teamed up to create a limited run camo edition of Real Ale’s popular Axis IPA, with a percentage of the proceeds going to local food banks. As one of the most popular craft brands in Texas, Real Ale is honored to give back to the communities which have supported them for more than 25 years.

According to a press release from Real Ale Brewing, the Axis camo can collaboration beer is available now in stores, including H-E-B, Total Wine and more across Texas. Real Ale Axis IPA can also be ordered on draught throughout Texas. And of course, it’s available at the Real Ale Taproom and Beer Garden in Blanco, along with their lineup of other delicious brews.

Supporting our local communities has always been part of who we are at Real Ale,” said Brad Farbstein, President of Real Ale Brewing Company. “Partnering with Hunters for the Hungry is a meaningful way for us to help make a real difference right here in our home state of Texas. Especially as we head into the holiday season, when so many families are struggling to put food on the table, we want to do our part to help eliminate hunger and strengthen the communities that have supported us for nearly three decades. We’re proud to stand alongside Feeding Texas in their mission to ensure every Texan has access to a good meal and a little more comfort this time of year.”

With the goal of ending hunger in Texas, the Hunters for the Hungry program distributes donated venison through local food banks to help feed families. Hunters can donate legally harvested deer to a participating meat processor, who will work with Texas food banks to give healthy, lean meat to feed people in need.

“Partnerships like this are what make our work possible,” said Celia Cole, CEO of Feeding Texas. “Real Ale is a brand deeply rooted in Texas, and their commitment to giving back reflects the same community spirit that drives Feeding Texas and our Hunters for the Hungry program. Together, we’re turning a shared passion for Texas and good food into real impact, helping provide meals to families across the state who need them most. Especially during the holidays, this kind of collaboration reminds us how powerful it can be when local businesses step up to fight hunger in their communities.”
