SKOL Brewing Launches Valhalla Gaming Lounge for Ultimate ‘Eatertainment’ Experience in Atlanta
SKOL Brewing Company is expanding its Downtown Atlanta brewpub with Valhalla Gaming Lounge, games, food and entertainment for the whole family. The new space will allow for dozens of game options, regional food and private-event space. With this addition, SKOL becomes a fully integrated entertainment experience for local and visitors alike.
In a press release, SKOL Brewing announced that the all-encompassing entertainment destination is scheduled to be fully opened by May, with portions of the space already available for private events.
Already boasting a beautiful 5,000 sq ft space, complete with a mix of over 120 high, low, and comfy seats, TVs everywhere you look, a backlit bar, hardwood floors, and antler chandeliers, SKOL’s expansion will add 30,000 more square feet in the form of Valhalla Gaming Lounge.
The concept, which is more aptly called an extension, will lean heavily into the eatertainment industry through a series of experiential bays, entertainment zones, and authentic regional cuisine and beverages throughout. With entertainment already part of SKOL’s DNA through a partnership with American Axes, guests can expect Valhalla Gaming Lounge to elevate the options with a mix of 40+ gaming options, including simulators, soccer experiences, bocce courts, billiard tables, darts, old-school arcade games, and more. There has even been talk of a live-music stage and a climbing wall.
“We are excited to be a part of a growing resurgence of interest and activity in Downtown,” says Drew Tull and Gray Lane, Co-Creators of SKOL Brewing Company. “SKOL and Valhalla Gaming Lounge are designed to not only showcase Atlanta to out-of-town guests and conventioneers, but to create a destination for everyone.”
Opened in 2025, SKOL Brewing Company quickly made a name for itself with authentic regional cuisine and beverages. The brewery celebrates Minnesota’s rich traditions, tapping into partner Drew Tull’s Minnesotan roots while paying homage to the South in a unique way. Signature dishes include Ellsworth Creamery cheese curds, smoked brisket poutine, and the intentionally misspelled “Jucy Lucy” burger, all curated by Master Chef Rich Rosendale. SKOL also offers nearly twenty of its own beers, each with colorful names and full-bodied taste, like Northern Lights Lager, Big Daddy Rotating Pilsner, Space Wrangler Hazy IPA, and SKOL Nation Cold IPA- brewed for the Minnesota Vikings faithful, where it snows indoors every time they score, all contribute to making the SKOL experience unlike any other in the city.
SKOL Brewing Company is located at 155 Carnegie Way NW, Atlanta, GA 30308, in the 200 Peachtree building- just four blocks from Mercedes-Benz Stadium. SKOL opens daily, Monday-Friday at 4p, and on Saturday and Sunday at noon. Parking is conveniently located across the street for $6.00 with restaurant validation.
