Perfect Plain Brewing Co. is releasing The Yard, a unique amber lager brewed with the Pensacola Naval Air Station. This well-balanced brew has a rich hazelnut and toasted bread flavor with a casual smooth drinking profile that is excellent for coastal pairings. A press release from Perfect Plain Brewing announced that The Yard will be available on draught and in 6-pack 12 oz cans at the brewery’s taproom in downtown Pensacola, offering locals and visitors a new, easy-drinking option to enjoy.
With an ABV of 4.5% and 12 IBUs, The Yard delivers a smooth, easy-drinking profile with low bitterness and a clean finish. Pouring a warm amber hue, the lager offers a light body and subtle complexity, making it an ideal pairing for coastal favorites — especially a classic po-boy.
