Trillium Brewing Opens Indoor Winter Beer Garden at The Connector, Boston
Trillium Brewing has launched an indoor Winter Beer Garden at The Connector in Boston. Patrons may sample seasonal beers, cocktails and pizzas from Gatto Pazzo. Visitors can also take in live music, tastings and other entertaining activities in a warm, inviting environment.
In a press release, Trillium Brewing announced that beginning January 20 and running through March 26, the Beer Garden, featuring seasonal pours from Trillium Brewing, will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m.
This will transform the space into a vibrant après-work destination throughout the winter season. Each week, the Trillium Beer Garden at The Connector, also home to The Lineup, will feature a curated selection of four Trillium beers on draft, including the flagship IPAs , along with small-batch and seasonal offerings such as roasty stouts, crisp lagers, canned cocktails, and hop-centric double and West Coast–style IPAs.
“Creating exceptional products and experiences that we know our community will love is core to what we do,” remarked Mike Dyer, vice president of sales and marketing at Trillium. “Our Winter Beer Garden at The Connector enables us to offer our loyal downtown Boston fans a warm and welcoming gathering space just steps from South Station, with a wide selection of our beers and spirits, plus some special events as we head towards our 13th anniversary in March. This is a space that you will want to add to your winter routine.”
In addition to the rotating selection of brews, guests will find rare offerings from Trillium’s cellar of traditional and wild ales, plus a selection of their new canned cocktails, hard teas, lemonades and seltzers made with Trillium’s handcrafted spirits and 100 percent natural ingredients. Beyond food and beverage, the Trillium partnership will introduce a rotating schedule of fun programming, including guided beer and spirits tastings and live music performances from local artists.
Designed as a year-round gathering place, The Connector, home to The Lineup, is centrally located in Downtown Boston just steps from South Station. Its soaring three-story atrium is filled with natural light, expansive sightlines, and modern architectural details, all anchored by a striking, 30-foot Dale Chihuly sculpture.
With offerings that cater to both Dry January and craft beer enthusiasts, the Trillium indoor beer garden is a must-visit winter destination to connect, unwind, and discover something new.
