CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market Debuts First U.S. Location in Dallas with 500-Seat Venue, Rooftop Patio, and 100+ Taps

CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market is cracking open its first U.S. location, bringing dining, nightlife and community together under one roof in a bold, high-energy concept. The Dallas debut brings a chef-led menu, massive beverage lineup of 100+ taps and a rooftop patio for any type of gathering from casual meet-ups to large events. With local collaborations and a charitable component, the brand frames this new location as a social hub and a significant milestone in its North American growth.
A press release from CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market revealed that the location is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight.
Brunch is served on weekends and holiday Mondays.
“Dallas is an exciting market for us, and opening here represents an important next step for the brand,” said founder PJL’Heureux. “We’ve created a space that’s designed to be versatile and welcoming–whether it’s a quick lunch, rooftop brunch, or a large group celebration.”
Built for Scale: 500 Seats, Rooftop Patio, and Group Dining at the Core. Designed as a true social hub, the Preston Center location accommodates more than 500 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio that anchors the experience. The restaurant is purpose-built for everything from everyday dining to corporate events, private parties, and large group bookings.
The menu balances approachable favorites with globally inspired dishes, including Miso Salmon, Korean Sticky Ribs, Brewmaster Chicken Sandwich, and Crispy Salmon Sushi. The beverage program features over 100 taps alongside a curated cocktail list, including Strawberry Mezcalrita, Oak-Aged Old Fashioned, Espresso Shaft, and Rosé Lemonade. Local partnerships include Dallas breweries such as Peticolas Brewing Company and Celestial Beerworks.
As part of its commitment to community engagement, CRAFT has partnered with Heaven’s 27 Foundation. Through this initiative, $1 from every CRAFT x Dallas Star Allumni Marty Turco’s Kingsville Brewery Light Eh! Lager purchased will be donated to the foundation, supporting its charitable programs and ongoing community impact efforts.
The rooftop patio serves as a centerpiece of the Dallas location, offering an open-air setting for dining and events, while the restaurant’s full footprint provides scalable options for corporate functions, celebrations and large group bookings.
