A nice straw color that was cloudy, hazy and unfiltered – all positive attributes pertaining to this style. I detected hints of honey and a mild sweetness in the aroma. Head retention for this beer was nil, as it quickly dissipated. This beer exhibits a terrific balance of wheat/malt and hops that complement one another perfectly. A very light and refreshing brew, though the carbonation was a little low and it almost felt flat.
