Combining two of craft beer’s most popular categories, Barrel-Aged Gunnpowder IPA brings together a fresh and vibrant IPA that is accentuated by the flavors of bourbon barrel aging.
This beer is definitely an IPA first with the notes of the barrel actually rounding out the bitterness that hops typically impart in the beer. A bright and fresh aroma of tropical fruits and citrus followed by a nice smoothness coming from the untoasted bourbon barrels. Being mid-range on both IBU and ABV, our IPA delivers a satisfying and flavorful experience.
