Fun to say – Better to drink! In the world of craft beer, it sometimes seems like “Pilsner” has become a dirty word, somehow synonymous with flavorless, mass-market swill. Pilsners don’t have to taste like this. They can, in fact, have plenty of flavor. Case in point: Two Ski Brewski Pils. We brew this traditional German-style Pilsner using a triple decoction mash, which delivers more melanoidins, color, flavor and body than you might find in your average American Lager. A beer with more body due to a malty mouth and finished by a crisp kick of Saaz hops.
