Description
The first of our “Serious Series” Combustible Pineapple is a double dry hopped, hazy Milkshake New England Style IPA brewed with three pounds per barrel of Amarillo, Citra, Idaho 7, Enigma, and about a pound and a half of pineapple per gallon. Drink cold for a burst of citrus and pineapple on the nose from the double dry hop and massive amounts of pineapple. Huge notes of fresh pineapple (not ripe pineapple) with a backing of the vanilla and lactose to create a creamy, yet citrus and pineapple forward IPA. Good bitterness backing to create a balanced IPA.
