Description

Our award-winning sour with copious amounts of peaches, apricots, and peach ring candy that pairs with the soft lactic sourness and microbe driven stone fruit from the lactobacillus sour culture. We re-ferment it on additional peaches, apricots, candied peach rings and finish it with lactose to create a creamy but tart candied peach treat! Tart, peachy, and plush!
