BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
This one was mine; a different take on an old homebrewing recipe I had.

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
The complexity and waves of flavor without the need for adjuncts. Real beer.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
Andy, our cellarman who loves alliteration.

BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
I save this beer more for the winter time.

BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Full and complex with flavors of chocolate and dark fruit.

BC: What’s a good food pairing for this beer?
Barbeque, especially richer cuts like brisket.
