Lion Fizz Cocktail Recipe

A floral, Asian twist on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz, created by Lunar Hard Seltzer.
Ingredients:

1.5 oz gin (Tanglin or Ki No Bi preferred)

1 oz cream

1 oz simple syrup

0.25 oz lemon juice

0.25 oz lime juice
-
3 drops orange flower water
-
0.5 oz egg white
-
3(+) oz Lunar Yuzu Hard Seltzer

Directions:
- Combine Taglin gin, cream, simple syrup, citrus juices, orange flower water, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Unseal the shaker and use a spoon to take out any ice cubes remaining.
- Add the egg white and re-seal the shaker. Shake vigorously for one minute. You should feel the contents of the skaer change in consistency.
- Unseal the shaker, add Lunar Yuzu Hard Seltzer into the tin, and then pour tin contents into a glass without a strainer.
- Optional: Leave the glass in the fridge for a few minutes to let the foam settle. After it’s settled, pour more Lunar Yuzu Hard Seltzer into the glass to limit the foam above the rim of the glass.
