Logsdon Farmhouse Ales Unveils Two New Brews

Logsdon Farmhouse Ales in Washougal, Washington has announced the release of two new beers: Take the Flower Back, a West Coast IPA, and Raspberry Classique, a blended raspberry Saison. Full details are below.

-TAKE THE FLOWER BACK-

American IPA

A modern classic-style, West Coast IPA is characterized by big and bold hop aromas and flavor, a soft malt profile, assertive bitterness and very dry finish. This one is no exception; featuring Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, and CTZ hops.

-RASPBERRY CLASSIQUE-

Blended Saison Ale with Raspberries

A simple wort of Pilsner, Wheat, Oats and Raspberries, fermented with our house blend of Saison yeast strains, partially aged in 2nd generation American Oak barrels that previously held Eagles Rest, a strong Bourbon Barrel Aged Kriek. Dominated by the well-rounded flavors of our saison yeast blend, with a light kiss of color and fruit character from the Raspberries.
